eliteperformance introduce the use of GPS tracking for their clients. GPS is now available for both personal training and sports conditioning clients. Athletes are able to track how far they have travelled, what pace and the corresponding heart rates for the duration of their sessions. We use Garmin GPS which are suitable for both running and cycling. Contact us to see how you can benefit from the use of GPS in your workouts.

Mark Godwin, Director, is employed by Calday Grange Grammar School as a rugby and conditioning coach. Mark says “This is an excellent opportunity to have an impact on the performance of pupils at an excellent school on the Wirral. eliteperformance join forces with Mindsport (www.mindsportlive.com) to deliver sport psychology training funded through the Government’s Leadership & Management grant.
Numerous clubs and coaches in the North West received a full day of sport psychology training (Worth £500) run at the University of Chester and Waterloo rugby club.
