Are you ready for 2010/11 season?

 

eliteperformance are running specific strength and conditioning sessions for the senior rugby squad over the summer holidays.

 

Sessions are open to any player in current years 10, 11 and 6th form. You will be required to fill in a training consent form which needs to be signed by a parent or guardian and brought to the first session.

 

eliteperformance staff will be covering the following areas:

 

• basic lifting technique - deadlift, squat, bench press, bent over row, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, high pull

 

• speed and agility - basic technique and the full use of resisted sprint training equipment

 

• Specific player flexibility sessions

 

• Nutrition advice

 

• Formulation of conditioning plans
